What are your favorite battles of this year in the Napoleonic Wars and which battle should receive more coverage in books, games, DVDs, you name it?

I note that Kevin Zucker is putting out a huge amount of "Quadragames" based on the Napoleon at Waterloo series (see the GMT Games website).

Borodino and Salamanca are the most famous battles of this year but other battles certainly deserve more coverage.

Borodino should be done at Company Level in game terms ...now that would be something to play............the bigger the better. " I like em big."............

Company level? Is there not already enough troop density? ;)

But if you want it big, you should request the complete russian campaign in HPS scale for the next patch, from the Niemen to Moscow and from St. Petersbug to Kiev :D

Company level is " NOT "unit density. This is unit density.......2.5 Divisions of Wellington's army at 1-1 scale.......:p

You have the tools to make a campaign in NRC. Battle editor, Campaign editor, you can make sub-maps from existing ones if need be, OOBs can be made in a text editor. Try it I'm sure it'd be good.

Well, it is not what I said, troop density, because the number of troops is the same, but it is unit or counter density ;)

It was a joke I was referring to the campaign in a single map covering western Russia, like the one you have for Waterloo campaign :)

If NRC gets updated, I would be interested in playing it. After I made my own scenario for it with 10 minute turns , of course...
