Can the Russian 447 in Q4 snap shot the German 447 moving from Q3 to Q2? I can't remember whether the shot is not allowed because the Q3 woods block LOS to the Q3/Q2 hexside or a hex's TEM never blocks LOS to itself and the Russian 447 sees the Q2/Q3 hexside for a snap shot. thanks, Rich

An AFV MA turns, pays +2 for turn, misses, then fires again intensively, following after MP by defending AFV. This time destroys it, with crew surviving. Must the AFV's CMG firing at the surviving crew pay the +2 or did the intensive fire mean it does not have to pay the +2. Thanks Rich
