Still no update regarding SASL 3rd edition pre-order, it's almost end of April 2026. I'm guessing it's not in the cards for this year...
I believe that some people involved are describing it as SASL 2.5, being a rejuvenated 2nd Ed with improved tables. I understand it is not a Third Ed in the traditional sense, all shiny and new. Instead I have the impression it will be in the "reprinted" column of the production list.

I dunno. Any action pack termed Human Wave ought to have a mini journal (or other form of a write up) explaining examples of play, perhaps some AARs, historical perspective, etc. I would advocate for changing this AP into a Journal/AP. I think it might sell better that way. (I realize this would result in a delay - I at least can wait.)

At least for me Human Wave rules (and the tactics) are a tough and rough patch to the Ch. A rules. Especially now, that so many nationalities use these HW rules.

It's all getting too much for me to be honest, I'm struggling to keep up (and that's just with the official stuff)
I'm going to have to concentrate on only buying the real essentials and forego all the rest I think
(at least until I pay back my darn overdraft - so many cool things to buy... magic beans, magic beans)

Agreed . I haven't bought a few of the big HASL modules recently, and haven't missed them. It's overwhelming at the moment....
