This has always been one of my favorite threads. Aside from the humor this is a photo that fascinates me as I mentioned upthread.

The dark clouds on the horizon are particularly ominous. I wonder if any of those troopers ever made it home.

The photo is just intriguing to me. Look how far they have to trudge to get to more nothing.
