Schwerpunkt Volume #26 will be available at ASLOK 2026 and is also available now from your favorite on-line ASL retailers. See links below.

Inside Schwerpunkt Volume #26: The 24-page booklet contains 2 articles: Brook White’s Better to Die Than Be a Coward: Gurkhas in ASL; Mike Augustine’s The BAR: Neither Rifle Nor Machine Gun as well as our trademark analyses and designer’s notes for Scenarios SP301-SP312. Each of the 12 scenarios is printed on collector grade, coated cardstock. Maybe it's just me, but do Schwerpunkt scenarios take longer to play than they used to? 5+ hours (but especially 6+ or 7+ hours) seems less like something you could quickly play in a tournament round or for a quick game.

That is an interesting observation. It could be a “your mileage may vary” situation. I too have seen scenarios touted as tournament scenarios which had me questioning exactly what that meant. Play one of these new scenarios and let us know how long it took.
