TM 26 on air support reads as follows below.

Does this mean the German player
a) Rolls for air support every German Rally phase, (thus potentially having 1-3 stukas available every Belgian turn)
OR
b) Rolls for air support in each German Rally phase until air support is received, after which no air support arrival dr is made on subsequent German turns
