Question on Streams in AP240

Hi All

Was it the intention that the streams in AP240 are frozen and thus dangerous water obstacles? or are they just streams in the presence of ground snow and easily crossed by vehilces and men??

Since Ground Snow is in effect, the streams are frozen (i.e., treated like gullies).

Are you confusing Frozen with Frigid?
