I have a squad in a 1S FH and they accept 3 squads worth of prisoners.

Entrenchments cannot be overstacked (B27.12) but they (prisoners) share the entrenchment status of their guards (A20.51). Even though FH stacking is per side (B27.44) I think the prisoners are now on my side, so my guard remains IN the foxhole while all of the prisoners remain OUT of the foxhole but in my hex?

This is how we played it, just checking to see if this is correct, I could not find any Q+A on it.

There is this:
A20.51 Since overstacking never applies to
prisoners, may they occupy the same 1S foxhole
that a guarding squad occupies?
A. Yes. [Compil2]
And Prisoners don't create overstacking (i.e. 2 squads can guard a total of 10 prisoner squads without any overstacking penalties) so in your case all 3 prisoner squads will lay on the bottom of the 1S foxhole with the Guards on top of them.

Copy, thanks. I've highlighted it in my version of the Q+A now. I guess I didn't look hard enough before.

I generally don't look through the Q&A, I do a search on the rule number however that sometimes doesn't work since the rule sometimes isn't where I think it should be. Case in point is the discussion about a vehicle that starts the PFPh in Motion. The answer isn't in C.8, but in C6.1 which to some degree contradicts C.8.

@EagleIV, I try to list all the relevant rules, adding some when I realize something should be added to the original Q&A. Which Q&A is missing a reference to C.8? If I don't find something by rule number, I often search by a word or phrase. It sometimes helps to copy the Q&A into a text file so you can pipe multiple find (or grep) commands together.
