Considering the state of American or British armor circa 1943, a 140mm penetration by a PFk should be enough to stop it.
A Russian AFV might take a little more UMPH to stop it.

Good observation. And the PFk has a TK #22 with 140mm penetration.

The Pf-30, Pf-60, and Pf-100 have a TK #31 with about 200mm penetration.

The PanzerSchreck has a TK #26 with about 200mm penetration.

With the Panzerfaust 150, it's an outlier. Its 280mm penetration for example. It can be left at a TK #31 on its counter, but it looks like a Cold War era LATW.

TK #31 is the highest rating on the HE/AT To Kill table. The counter looks good, Alan, if you see this.

There are SSRs in various scenarios and CGs allowing non German use of PFs. There are several scenarios requiring PFs to be represented by the side recorded SW counters instead of being inherent. Those scenarios mean those PFs are capturable and usable as captured SWs. Both already exist. If you want it, play a design with it present or design it yourself into a new scenario or CG.
