He even has a third one after the self-cover album. And he killed MayhemWow, how did I not notice this... There was no purpose in it, cause I am not an avid Mayhem fan :>
I suspect that watching is better than listening in this case...
Strangely, I find a small amount of pleasure while listening to the music, too...I suspect that watching is better than listening in this case...
Hahah! Watch more of their videos, they will get your spouse into your room and you out of your house, but it's worth it!I blasted that video! It got my daughter out of her room!
I just may do that!Hahah! Watch more of their videos, they will get your spouse into your room and you out of your house, but it's worth it!![]()
A fellow prog-rock fan? Cool. FYI, I played a heavily modded Fallout: New Vegas a few months back, and one of the mods I used allowed loading of your own music in to Radio New Vegas. Needless to say, the very scifi oriented ELP music worked great with the game. I recall doing one big shootout while listening to Tarkus. It was very cool.ELP- Emerson, Lake, and Palmer--ELP-The Return Of The Manticore- disks 1-4. Amazing!
Yes K, great song. You know, the Allman Bros. are one of those bands that I didn't care for much back in the day, but when I hear them now I like them a lot. They definitely have more than a few gems on their resume.Gotta put this in here...

OK this is IMHO, its music and every one has a different take, but for me, modern prog. rock the " The Flaming Lips" Lp's “The Soft Bulletin” and “Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots “cant be beat. I Know I’m cutting it close to psychedelic but if you have not listen to these Lps and you like ELP or Yes or Pink Floyd your doing your self a dis-service.BTW, speaking of prog, can anyone recommend any younger bands?
Indeed it is. I grew up listening to them thanks to my dad.Yes K, great song. You know, the Allman Bros. are one of those bands that I didn't care for much back in the day, but when I hear them now I like them a lot. They definitely have more than a few gems on their resume.![]()
I also like King Crimson and YES. I need more YES.A fellow prog-rock fan? Cool. BTW, speaking of prog, can anyone recommend any younger bands? I know of just a few: I really like Transatlantic, though I thought their last studio album (Whirlwind) was not as good as their earlier works. I sort of like Glass Hammer, though they can be very pretentious and derivative at times. Of course the current reigning prog band still seems to be Spock's Beard, but I think they went down a notch or two after Neil Morse left. There's also a lot of the so-called 'prog metal' out there, though to my ear they all sound like Dreamtheater clones. It seems to me though that by and large the younger generations don't do it as well as the 70's guys did.
I enjoyed that!Some Polish folk
