Nice job by him but would like to clarify some things.
There are no new rules for weather, Finns, etc. The EXC are the AT Heroes, some Leaders, and such. The articles go into detail for players to better understand the existing rules. The Winter Weather article is an effort to help players better understand the rules through examples of play. The Winter Weather Play Aid is comprehensive and is a must for anyone playing any scenario in those conditions.

The primary new rules are the Fortified Pillboxes and A-T Boulders. The FPB used existing rules to the maximum extent possible. Most of the rules and article provides some clarifications because of multiple CAs and the special circumstances that could happen. The article covers the basics to make it extremely understandable and then has examples on almost everything that could happen.

The A-T Boulders are really fairly straightforward. Most rules and examples cover more complicated situations that can arise and how it works. ie trying to create a Trail Break through say an A-T Boulder in a Woods hex.

For those not interested in the above Mannerheim Line type actions, there are 30whatever scenarios varied scenarios that do not use them.

Any ETA on the new MC boards getting added to VASL? Was going to set up a scenario and they weren't there yet.
