In case you haven't gotten the word, the IR 2025 tourney pairings have been set and are shown on the Tourney Page.

If you haven't gotten the materials yet, bug Dave and Martin. Apologies if you're not into playtesting, but I suggested that in the absence of other ideas and D&M went for it.

I saw that the draw was up but haven’t heard anything else yet. What are we playtesting?

Pete Shelling has some stuff. (Pete Shelling always has some stuff).

First round scenario is a Ponyri action using part of the Ponyri map. The as-printed map hasn't been VASLized yet, so we're using a (cropped) playtest version, as well as some Ponryi SSRs. Ping me and I'll send them to you.

Later rounds will feature .... other stuff. Pete is cannily holding me hostage there, wanting me to finish a map or two so he can finalize scenarios for them.

Hey guys. Stay tuned. Martin has been swamped but we’ll get the info out to you shortly. Tom’s done all the leg work but you know what Martin’s like - trying to get all the credit! 😀

Anyway, pairings are up on the archive’s tourney pages and we’ll be in touch very soon.

Thanks to Pete for letting us help out for this round, also.

Got that thanks. Can I clarify which version of the PzIIIN we are using? With or without the AAMG?

Thanks, got it, looks good. Except that I can't see any balance options on the scenario sheet. Do we know what these are?

To quote Martins email "One issue is that there are no balance provisions so please tell us if you both bid the same and who won the dice toss as we may use this data later to rank order the whole event"

Chapter H states it ( AAMG ) is a 44-45 option , so without I'm assuming.
Check the number of vehicles in the counter mix. If you have a large number then maybe you get to use whichever mg armament you want. Unlikely with a Pz3 but you do see this with T26 regularly.
