Thanks a lot! I was looking for a rules reference - at least the online ITR 2 ruleset did not have anything. I am on the road and do not have access to my ASL binders. Any idea where this is mentioned?

More on ITR-11 now on SSR4- can a Japanese unit of the Group setting up in BFP B M6 create a TH hero that leaves that building?

As as I can tell a TH hero is a good order unit - but you could argue they are not a part of the group in the first place ?
