V3 and V4 on this chart has a refernce to 7.712. There does not appear to be such a section.
What is the correct reference?

Solved it. It should be a reference to 7.172 not 7.712

Another correction. Reinforcement group O5 references SSR 6.1 and it should be a reference to CG5.1

Another wee question. The transport sections are able to be "cashed" in. The wagon one costs 1/2 for 2 wagons but returns 1 for 3 wagons. Is this correct?

Yes, they are worn out after a scenario so they cost less
