Modifiers for CA changes also apply to IFE attacks (for the first shot after a CA change).
ROF is reduced by one for using IFE.

If it's a non-turreted Gun changing CA the ROF would be lowered by one as well (cumulative with the IFE reductions) per the QRDC.
