What happens when the HW/BC units try to enter a building hex that is revealed to be fortified (which they cannot) and they have movement factors left? Can they keep going? Do they stop?

Thank you.

B23.922 An Infantry unit which attempts to move or advance into a Fortified Building Location occupied by such a squad loses that MPh or APh capability for that turn and must remain in its present hex during that phase. The MF expended (not lost) in an unsuccessful entry attempt are considered expended in its present hex for purposes of Residual FP (A12.15), Defensive First Fire, Subsequent First Fire, or FPF;

A25.2322 If the HW Unit is unable to move to a new Location, it must spend its remaining Impulses in its current Location.

I have not been able to find an exception to B23.922 in the rules for either Human Wave or Banzai-ing units

As Synicbast states...
Also, in B23.922

An Infantry unit which attempts to move or advance into a Fortified
Building Location occupied by such a squad loses that MPh or APh capability
for that turn and must remain in its present hex during that phase.

NOTE: if your opponent has Fortified locations available, move your worst unit into the potential hex FIRST. When it bounces, ALL other units can now "bypass" the location as it's non-enterable enemy location. ALL units do not have to move to determine this option. BANZAI performs the same way.
