I am pleased to report the Human Wave Planning Committee has been granted approval by the Central Committee to publicize the scenario list for this year's tournament. For you, we require certification from the National Institute for Standards and Technology that your dice are balanced, a full background check, a retinal scan, and three forms of ID.

Seriously - Here are our rules on dice:

All dice will be standard 6-sided dice as detailed in ASL rule A.1. Any excessively-worn or damaged dice will not be allowed in the tournament. “Prestige” or non-standard dice will be allowed by mutual consent of both players. Players will roll their dice using either a dice cup or a dice tower.

Room opens for casual play starting at 2pm. Two people have already told me they will arrive at that time. So, I suspect our esteemed Tourney Director will arrange matches at that hour as well. Last time I checked, we had 22 people registered; that's a good show.

Looked like 16 Human Wavers yesterday for Round 1. Lots of One Eyed Jacque as well as some playtesting of future MMP projects while Jim Mehl and I played a little VotGs. Much fun had by all. If you are in the DMV today pls drop by the Fairfax Marriott at the Fair Lakes Mall to roll some ASL/ASLSK dice!
