If so I would very much like to hear the results if you have. If not, why?
Try it on me and see what happens!I've probably experienced a dozen or so gun duels. Mostly on the receiving end. I think the last one I was on the losing end of a Tiger - Sherman fight. Sherman rolled up, Tiger wanted to spin and shoot but Sherman got the shot off first. Unfortunately, only a couple of players in my group regularly use gun duels.
I need to reread Jim's article again https://asl-players.net/making-sense-of-gun-duels-in-asl/ it's quite good with its examples.
Mainly, I need to put this tactic in my toolbox and be thinking of it when AFVs are roaming around.
@Fort and I had that once before too. When the mods are tied, the defender gets to complete his CA changes before the roll-off. He had a Panther. I had a Sherman. Didn't go well for me from that point.I’ve had a tie DR when the modifiers were equal, I think we both missed.
A good reminder of that specific rule point. Better keep his AL hidden until it matters to create fog of war for mods. When the mods are tied, the defender gets to complete his CA changes before the roll-off.

MMP has upgraded the British mortar from 76* to 81*. But for that, they need to know. What have you done in the last forty years?A pet peeve of mine is the lack of a white box for for the Cromwell that had a faster turret traverse than the Sherman.
10 seconds for 360 degrees compared to 15 for the Sherman.
Whinge whinge whinge

If you face enemy armour and you have white rof Shermans you should always think of them. The halving of mods AND multiple hits is very powerful.(or I am overlooking opportunites)
