I told a friend about the site the other day and they love it. I have stuck steadfastly by ROAR but I can see that adding to this site is of greater overall benefit (I have added a few setups but that's about it).

One question though - other players have added games over the years, but my % played of products remains at zero. Do only plays added by me count to this total?

The ASL Scenario Archive is one of the best ASL resources out there. It is excellent and still improving over the time. Any ASL player who does not know that website should definitively check it out.

I do not know the answer to your question, though.

Additional question - if I import my ROAR data - will those results go into the % of product played calculator/display?

I did this recently. It will work like you described. You have to double check scenarios published in multiple sources and you'll have to delete and re-enter some of it manually if you want it to be 100 accurate, I'd estmate my game were about 85% correct so there is some hundreds of them you need to change.

Regarding the earlier question it counts only the games you report yourself towards the count of games on te publications you own. If you want this to be 100% accurate you'd need to add them for yourself , and while doing it click the checkbox where it excludes it as a duplicate from statistics (general scenerio balance, your own count of won lost and total games played).

Finally ported over my ROAR record to the Archive so going from 22 or so recorded playings to 358. I'm still collating the LFT 14 games info so that should add a bunch more playings, & there are this years results to add as well. If there was a way to retrieve/merge my original account with the current one, I'd be even happier but I cannot remember what email address I was using at the time. No big deal, other than the lost access to a couple of scenario packs I bought via the shop a decade ago.

I think I'll be much more proactive with this site, there's a finer granularity to reflect my playing experience with each scenario, and I'l do my vest to go in and update the default info for those results ported from ROAR, notably whether they were played on VASL or Face To Face.

Get in touch (pm or my via the archive contact page) and I'll help you recover the packs.

Cheers! Dave

Already sorted, I found and reactivated the email account I used to register, so I was able to log in to the old account and re-download.
I'll just use the account I've been doing all the updating on from now on. But yeah I'm now making significant use of the site as I reorganise my digital ASL stuff. Ihave no idea of why I waited so long.
