Last time we just ran around and picked up random quests and fed the Chetwood Warg.

I'll have to do a home-check on finding a regular play time slot.

I have not leveled mine, he's still hanging out in Bree waiting for the trio to adventure again.

I figured the holidays were kind of messing with the Friday gathering- we can pick a different night if you want.
Haven't levelled either. Not sure when I'll be available, but I'm interested.

I think we should maybe head out to the barrow-downs sometime soon so that we have something challenging. Three+ 15s or whereabout should be fine. The North side isn't that bad. Lots of loot, plus the crafting quests.

I changed my Captain to be Scholar (Historian) so that we don't all run after the same resources. Long-term I can make some battle scrolls and the like, right in the field. Already got a few.

It looks like I will be around this weekend, which is unusual. So my question is where, when, who will be there, and what level ?

First you need to post your character(s) name here so we can add you to our friends list in the game, then when you log into LotRO if we are on we can contact each other & set up some action. :D

I may be on as any of these today: Deryni / Palantier / Waryni plus my Kinship character is Arnryn.

Right now the Kin group we have is @15th level but each of us has alternates of various levels from 63 down.
Redwolf has a ton of chracters starting with Darmo...

It looks like Friday nights are not our best night to grp up, so we probably need a new one.

I have a 14th level human Warden named Sigyl who is currently parked near the Chetwood. I wasn't planning on using him for anything until my older characters got about ten levels higher, so he's never been to Bree and doesn't even have a vault. And, come to think about it, he's one character that you'll almost never see online, except by appointment. Sending him a letter by post won't do much good as who knows when he'll get it.

But if you need a low level character near Bree at some point tonight, just post where and when on this board, and he'll be there.

Otherwise if I'm online it will be as a mid-forties human doing a solo slog through the Misty Mountains (I considered suggesting a Mammoth hunt, but I think there would have to be a limit cap of about 45 and a group max of 3 or it wouldn't be very exciting). But once Wheeler leaves Gloin's camp he'll be generally out of touch (and up to his armpits in snow beasts and polar bears).

Speaking of cold, are those heavy bearskin cloaks generally available somewhere, or were they Yule festival items? Linen cloaks are pretty light wear for the mountains.

Those were rewards you could buy during the Yule Festival.

I'll keep a look out for you & send you a Hi!

We'll get a new game "time" worked out here & post it- chime in with a day/time thats good for you.

I'm not usually available on weekends, but as it happens I can make myself available pretty much any time this Sunday (i.e. today).

Apart from that, I can arrange for any night during the week (especially on Friday when my girlfriend is teaching).

I am available for the next 6 hours at least, longer as I equip resist+ spousal influence traits.

My level 14 captain is untouched except better equipment and being a historian now.

I'd really like to upgrade a couple characters to 16 or 17 around Bree and start messing up the barrow-downs.

Sorry for the delay, I think the forum is painful to read, it disabled all features I use for browsing.

Sigyl, a level 14 Warden can meet you at 12:00 noon EST at the Boar fountain in Bree. What's the name of the character he'll be looking for?

I hope we find some quests to pick up that this character didn't cover yet.

Failing that, nothing wrong with beating up brigands and collecting hides west of bree until we want to go into the Barrow Downs.

I've been trying to get on to play but I can't get a "logon server" connection for some reason, never had that occur before. :(
If I get connected soon I'll be there... :)

I was eventually able to get on :) but I had some big lag problems lasting up to 30 seconds and also getting kicked out.
Which I was then unable to get a "log-on server," bad night to try playing.

On another note- one of my Alts won a Lottery- 200 pies, 50 per lvl 10/20/30/40. It's nice to know someone actually wins those.

See you next time I hope.

Finally made it on today and quested a bit with RD.

I think we need to pick a new day, maybe Sunday that or just quest as we see each other on staying within 3-4 levels of each other.

Edit- RW & I racing back to Bree at the end of a long day of questing. (He won- silly slow PC of mine) :p

Good run. I'll be on vacation for a week starting next weekend and then I plan to pick a scheduled LOTRO work day.

My Burglar has been working on & raising his crafting skills and competed his first Burglar (solo) Quest - reaching lvl 17. :D

To further help our Kin-crafting skills players still need to update their "notes" line so we can all see where to send our finished (or raw) resources, and whom to ask for needed items.

I'm a Forester / Prospector / Tailor. A simple way to show this is:
For 3/2 Pro 4/2 Tay 1/0 (the Notes line is very short)

First # is the level you are currently working on and second # is the level you have completed.

Pro 4/2 = (Prospector) I'm currently working on lvl "4" crafting (and lvl 3 by default) and have completed lvl "2" crafting.

This will help identify which character needs the materials to level & which have completed them & need the "next" level of goods.
:)
