FT53 First Drop question

Planning on playing FT53 First Drop. SSR#3 and the OB says nothing about the German 12 AFVs being abandoned or without crews. However, the German OB has 12 crews in buildings (implying the tanks maybe abandoned). Or are these crews "supporting maintenance/fueling crews" ? There is no errata for this on the LFT webpage, so currently I would say the AFV are not abandoned.

Hopefully Jean Devaux, Xavier, or someone else from LFT can clarify.

I also wish Jean could send us an email from where he is now, since he passed away 10 years ago.

It was one of his designs and IIRW, the Crews represent the vehicular crews. Thus, the AFVs are abandoned. Only the Kübelwagen is crewed at scenario start.
