FFS KPA Night Attack

Fight for Seoul KPA night attack question. KPA only attack in one sector. Other sector treated as under No Move counter. My question is what options do the now free to move(released from no move E1.21)in the non attack sector units have? Would they be free to move offensively against UN forces ? Or just be on the defense against UN/Marine forces.Rules section (Campaign Game Rules) 11.6234

Any "released" KPA in the non-attack sector can do whatever they want to do, barring things they could not do by day which still apply. (Thanks for alerting me to this.)

Thanks for reply. I thought that would be case. My opponent the KPA player thought otherwise, what I cannot attack everywhere !!!!
