Enhanced nationality set 109

Does anybody have informations about the enhanced nationality set 109 (Islamic Resistance)?

If so, do You think it could be used for the insurgents in Fallujah 2004?

I already have a map for Operation Phantom Fury. Now I need some counters.

I don't have that set. But I do have Nationality Set 75, the Taliban. They are pretty much the guys I fought in Afghanistan. I would think that set 109 is more Iran weapons based for modern day Hezbollah/Hamas.

Thanks for Your answer. I thought about set 75 too. I am referring to the Battle of Fallujah in Iraq. In that context, I don't think the illustrations of Taliban fighters on the counters are appropriate, aren't they? Al-Qaeda in Iraq and Islamic Army in Iraq were two of the different insurgent forces. So, I thought that the Islamic Resistance of set 109 are more accurate. Of course the set 109 is about the Hezbollah 2026 and therefore is not correct too. Hmm ...

Understood. But the Taliban nationality 75 is set in the early to mid 2000s, which is more appropriate for a weapons mix that CH's set109 which is meant to represent insurgency forces armed with updated weapons mix to include tactical drones. From what I saw of a lot of insurgents in Afghanistan, the illustrations on many counters don't correspond to who we were actually shooting at!

Well, it wouldn't normally be asking much, but right now we are posted to Cairo Egypt, and my ASL collection is in long term storage in Ottawa. But if you can wait two more years, I will happily do it for you. Somehow I expect that timeframe is not to your liking though!

That‘s fine. I will try the set 109. It should be used for the 2006 Lebanon war too, not only for later engagements. So, I hope for the best.
