Dug-In AFV (D9.54)

1) Can a scenario setup Dug-In AFV move at one point in a scenario? Or it has to stay dug-in for the entire scenario ?

2) Can a scenario defender dug-in AFV setup concealed ? (Does D9.52 apply in this case ?)

1. In CGs which last several days or more Dug In tanks are not allowed to ever move, so no.

2. D9.52 says that a Dug In Tank is never concealed.

This doesn't apply to the OPs questions...

But in VotG...per V12.6214c a Dug-In AFV may be recovered and repaired per V12.6151d-.6151f...thus becoming mobile.

D9.54 says "A Dug-In AFV is treated as an Armored Cupola except as stated otherwise.", and D9.5 says "An Armored Cupola is considered the equivalent of an Immobile tank in every way except as modified below or by SSR.". So a Dug-In AFV is Immobile and cannot move. As @JimWhite wrote, SSRs and CG rules can alter this.
