Once again in Civilization 3 PTW I develop Gunpowder and there is no Saltpeter to be found. Jickin" AI.

Maybe it will not need to once better AI is developed.

It cheats on Twilight Struggle that’s for sure, messes with your drs. It seems like it’s always a ‘1’ on your first three coups attempts.

An acknowledgment. As you play harder levels the AI does not become smarter, I believe. It makes it more difficult for the human player. I merely got what I asked for.

It still doesn't mean that jick of an AI doesn't cheat!

I would say it does. It keeps making boneheaded moves. I can never tell if it's an aberration of virtual reality or it just likes to piss me off, making me play rashly, loss of control, loss of wits, so I pick on it, telling it "AI stands for automatic idiot", because it makes moves that only an idiot would make and it does it automatically, over and over again with no regard to sportsmanship nor the integrity of the game, just like a cheater would.

At least it's not as bad as it was in the 80's, when you would seriously consider playing both sides or worse yet, not playing at all. I would definitely say it cheats though.

I hope the AI never becomes a daily thing, as in real life. That thing is bad enough as it is.
