DAK2 differnences

Can anyone point me to a summary of the changes from DAK -> DAK2. Anyone got an opinion as to whether the changes warrant buying the second edition I can I get by with new rulebooks and charts and a few counter changes?

You can most certainly get by with the new rules, charts, and counter changes. If you download the DAK2 zip package from the Gamer's Archive in the manuals will list the changes from DAK1.
