CoS Wire Question

Currently playing BFP 83 and have a question concerning wire bog. I thought I read that changing VCA in wire was an additional +2 on bog (nice idea), but I can't recall if it was CoS. Am I misremembering this?

9. Bog and Wire: Any Vehicle making a VCA change (either
during the Movement or any Fire Phase) in a hex with Wire
must take a Bog Check (D8.2) with the +2 DRM for moving
into Wire (one Bog DR per hexspine).
