Connected railcar question

Hi

we have a railcar hex with Mines in it, the railcar hex is connected to an adjacent railcar hex as a railcar depiction spans the hexside - Can a unit move into the hex from the connected railcar hex without triggering a mine attack or out of the mine hex across the connected railcar hexside without triggering a mine attack or is the unit considered to be moving outside of the railcars and thus a minefield attack is triggered?

Rail Car hexes are not treated as building hexes for that purposes....so mines would attack.
