"Today on Dacha Hunters, we have a couple looking for a hovel to fix up into a cozy dream home free of Niemsty and informers.
He is a Commissar, fresh from the front handing out both harsh discipline and Party memberships.
His income--120 rubles annually.

She is a returning sniper, who has more than
hated Fascists in her sights.
Her income--84 rubles annually.

Their budget: 2.5 million rubles

Can this couple find a nice fixer upper free of boobytraps? Or will they have to settle for a Gutted shell of a dacha?

I received an email query about shipping to the US. Here is part of my reply for anyone else who may be wondering...

The past year has been a lot of "fun" regarding tariffs, but overall I have not been affected - except for an added C$1.49 brokerage fee that is now part of my shipping fee calculations. The pending tariff regime is very specific about what is being targeted. I've checked the codes, and my products are not on "the list", and I'm continuing to ship to US customers.

On Map Pad A for BGD scenario, "Earning Face", there is a multi-hex building marked with a white cross (no black dot so is not a steeple). Does the white cross give the building any other properties?

I would still guess it’s a steeple.

B31.2 Says, "Except as stated otherwise, a Steeple Location is treated as a normal building Location"
I think that if it is not a steeple, the white cross has no purpose.
Is there any BGD Terrain Chart which explains any differences between BGD Maps and MMP Maps?

That's interesting how the actual building design flows in with the ASL rules manual for "obstruction of LOS" purposes. (Nothing is left out.)

Churches have steeples, mosques have large domes, and synagogues feature tower structures.

My scenario in development may include a synagogue - if the map area stretches out enough. Neat discussion with the church steeple effect and rule B.31.2.

Even though it should be a black dot, perhaps a white dot lost in the cross.
Why else would you put a Cross, but not specify as a Steeple?

I was losing sleep over this.
Now I know where I am putting the HIP Japanese -1 Leader, MMG and Crew.
