Level 0 is the thin strip of land beside the Volga

And if the different maps butted together are supposed to match, then the coloring needs to be as @footsteps has chosen them.

I always wondered whether this choice was made mostly so the whole map would be brown instead of a cheerful green, or if they really wanted to avoid making the banks of the Volga in a depression color like what is used on board 24.

I told him how to avoid shipping damage. Would have added maybe $1 per order to stop that from happening.
