Hello hive mind

My opponent and I are setting up to play Moreh Melee and we have a query about the VC, particularly the building control element. Specifically, are huts are included in the building/rubble locations that need to be controlled by the Japanese? What happens if the huts collapse?

They are no longer buildings. This was playtested with that in mind.
