A U.S. MMC advances on a HIP T-H Hero (using G1.422).
There is a CC in which the THH value is 1 FP and will be eliminated at the conclusion of this close combat (or after Melee resolution).
But before that, does the THH benefits from -1 Stealthy drm granted to Heroes in A11.17 ?

It would also means THH can benefit from G.4 during ennemy MPh.
Thanks

Unless there's is an enemy AFV in the Location the T-H Hero is eliminated upon involuntary loss of hidden status....

G1.425:
"A T-H Hero who loses HIP status involuntarily (see 1.422) is immediately eliminated unless his HIP loss occurs either during the enemy MPh and he makes an immediate Reaction Fire attack (D7.2) or during a CCPh in which he is a DEFENDER in the same Location with an enemy AFV (A11.19). "

This discussion focuses on the CCPh but the rule Klas cites makes it clear that "Unless there's is an enemy AFV in the Location the T-H Hero is eliminated upon involuntary loss of hidden status" in either the enemy DPh or CCPh.

Ahhh! My printed rulebook was saying enemy unit….I need to update!!

But nevertheless, assuming there is an AFV in the hex in CCPh, would the THH get a -1 Ambush drm for being stealthy ?

Good one. I may have played the red part wrong in the past not realizing the requirement of the presence of an enemy AFV.

The requirement for an AFV, was changed in the 2nd Edition of Chapter G. Before it was just "enemy unit".
