If a MMC wants to Infantry OVR a SMC [A4.15] (or a CPVA squad wants to Infantry OVR a halfsquad [W7.6]), can it apply the leadership DRM of a leader in its Location at the point it takes the TC even if that leader is not moving with the MMC as part of a stack?
A. No; the leader would have to be part of the moving stack.
Is it true that the increase in ML from a CPVA leader will apply to such a TC regardless of whether the leadership DRM applies?
A. Assuming the normal requirements are met.
