Ubisoft Announces Splinter Cell Conviction Collector’s Edition

Today Ubisoft announced that it will release a Collector's Edition for the upcoming release of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction. This exclusive edition of the game will be bundled with content and items that will not be found anywhere else. The Collector's Edition will be available in stores on February 23, 2010. Developed by Ubisoft Montréal, the game will be available exclusively for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the PC.

Rabbids Go Home On Store Shelves

Today Ubisoft announced the comedy-adventure Rabbids Go Home is available on store shelves for the Wii system from Nintendo and the Nintendo DS and Nintendo DSi video game system.

Featuring a new wacky storyline, diverse gameplay, and intuitive controls, Rabbids Go Home has the zany Rabbids wreaking havoc on the Humans in pursuit of their quest to make it home...to the moon. The DS and DSi version will feature a different gameplay experience where players will solve a variety of puzzles and brain teasers in an effort to collect as much stuff as they can to build a giant pile all the way to the moon. Rabbids Go Home for the Wii is rated "E10+" and has an MSRP of $49.99. Rabbids Go Home for the DS and DSi is rated "E" and has an MSRP of $29.99.

Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood Patched

Today Ubisoft announced that the console patches for both (X360 & PS3) platforms of Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood are now available. These patches will improve the quality of multiplayer connections & matches, and refine the overall balance of multiplayer classes & modes. Specifically for PS3, the patch will significantly reduce checkpoint loading times. The Spy, Gunslinger, Hombre, Veteran and Sniper classes have been balanced to offer the best experiences possible.

Kristen Bell to Reprise Roll in Assassin’s Creed II

Today Ubisoft announced that Hollywood actress Kristen Bell will reprise her role of Lucy Stillman for Ubisoft's critically acclaimed video game, Assassin's Creed II. Bell's character will once again play a major role in the game's intricate storyline. In 2007, Bell won "Hottest Newcomer" at the Spike Video Game Awards for her role in the first Assassin's Creed.

Ubisoft Ships Two New Game Show Titles

Ubisoft today announced the official launch of two new classic game show titles: The Price is Right 2010 Edition and Family Feud 2010 Edition. Both games are currently available for the Wii(TM) system from Nintendo, the Nintendo DS system and Windows-based PC, and feature single- or multiplayer modes so that more people can get in on the fun and play together. Additionally, each game allows players to design and customize their own personal avatar and also offers a host of special unlockable content to reward players as they progress. The games have been created by Ludia and are licensed by FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME).

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction Street Date Announced

Today, Ubisoft announced that Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction, the most highly awarded Xbox360 game of E3 2009, will street on February 23, 2010, in North America exclusively for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and for Windows PC.

Heroes Over Europe PC Version Updated

Today, Ubisoft announced that the patch 1.1 for the PC version of Heroes Over Europe is available for download. The patch 1.1 improves flight stick functionality and ability to unlock various missions to maximize the in-game battle experience.

The patch 1.1 also increases stability on a minimum configuration with XP64, as well as eliminated the decreased stability after installing AMD dual core optimizer software.

Ubisoft Unveils Assassin’s Creed II: Discovery

Today Ubisoft announced that Assassin's Creed II: Discovery for the Nintendo DSi and Nintendo DS systems will launch on November 17 for the manufacturer's suggested retail price of $29.99. The game is rated "T for Teen" by the Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB).

Assassin's Creed II: Discovery takes players through an untold chapter from the Assassin's Creed® II console storyline utilizing the unique strengths of the Nintendo DS platform. In this new adventure, Ezio travels to Spain to rescue fellow assassins being held under the guise of the Inquisition, only to uncover a Templar plot to sail west and discover the New World.
