Theatre of War 2 Patch v1.3.0 Now Available

This second patch to Theatre of War 2: Africa 1943 updates the game to version 1.3.0 and includes the previous tweaks and improvements from the v1.1.0 patch as well as a host of new fixes and features, such as:

• Game stability improved
• Possibility to cheat in multiplayer removed (by changing cost of units)
• You can now play gunfire sounds in Order of Battle screen as well as in encyclopedia (left-click on a soldier, gun or ammo icon)
• Free camera now is the default
• Aiming routine imroved (including aiming at soldiers visible through windows)
• 'Barrage fire' routine improved
• Fire sector checking improved
• Explosive charge was removed from 76mm M79 shell
• 88mm PzGr. 39 Initial velocity corrected

Previous changes from the 1.1.0 patch are included as well:
• Improved RAM handling on 32 bit systems (especially Vista)
• "Save As..." function added to Map Editor
• Soldier reaction time decreased
• You can now play gunfire sounds in encyclopedia (left-click on gun icon)
• Multiplayer server search system for compatibility with certain networks improved
• SmartPause mode customization added
• Many other fixes and enhancements

The 1.3.0 patch is roughly 72 MB in size. This patch is for the original Battlefront.com version 1.0.0 (or 1.1.0) only, and does not currently work with any other game version.
