Never would have known that you were 12, Jon. You are wise beyond your years and your messages are always well written and cogently presented.

Ahh, the naive Swedes; I took tigersqns's words for serious. Actually he spawned a girl named tigersqdkid!

But with very promising interests, that will scare off the no-good boys, no doubt!:

Way to go! And kudos to both tigers! :cheeky:

Actually, that is a quote from me.
She had stayed logged on when I got on the computer, and I didn't realize it until after.
Her earlier postings were asking for help with a school project.

interesting to note most of the younger members are from ACG, whereas in 2000, or whenever I joined WHQ I was easily the youngest at 18, and the majority of the members were 30+

good to see an influx of youth - if not into the wargaming hobby, at least being made aware of it :D

I applaud you for being mature enough to join our 'little group' here. ;)
Wow! I am still hopeful that the kids will save us from ourselves.

Golly guys...thanks

Although I may get excited about video games sometimes (as readers of my initial impressions may find), I try to keep myself under control :D.

I wish I had this Site when I was 13! :D

But we had no PCs back then. :(

My Wargaming was limited to plastic soldiers from Airfix and Bottletops.

Amazing what you can do with bottletops! :cheeky:

It makes me proud to know that we have a younger group who is willing and eager to learn about history. There are so few who are interested in the past and are only living for today.

You guys/gals have my praises for showing an eagerness to learn. :joy:

Its not just his thoughts, he also contributed some great photos of historic aircraft.
