What would you like to hear from your opponent? Maybe you won, maybe you lost, your choice or answer for both outcomes.

For me it would be:

" That was really a fun scenario and we both learned a lot. Let me open this bottle of wine and you set up the scenario again. "

Happy Mothers of Invention Day to everyone.

"You were better than me. Not only in this game, where my luck was great and yours was awful but you trounced me anyway, but in all other levels of Life and Existence. I should never have presumed to sit at the table across from you. I humbly apologize for wasting your time."

When I win, anything else than : "Dice were against me/in your favour."
When I lose, I don't think of something that could be said that would irk me (unless my opponent is excessively boastful about his success).
In all circumstances, I would greet positively anything like : "This was fun. When can we play again?"

“Thanks for the game, here’s your thousand dollars.“

Don’t know why I can’t find opponents to play ?
1000 dollar bills are hard to come by, try 10 Benjamins or 20 Grants

Btw, LOVE Calvin And Hobbes, the best comic strip ever and your avatar was one of the best strips.

Hey, I'd play you anytime for the fun of it. But if you don't know where to stuff your 1000 dollar bills (seen some im Las Vegas, or were these even 10,000?), I also taks Benjamins or Grants as a bonus. ;)

That was a great game and I had a lot of fun! When you did...and I did...that was classic and unbelievable! Oh, remember when you rolled...and I just barely held in my smile but when my leader rolled...and then your tank did...that was awesome!

Thanks for the game and memories.

What would you like to hear from your opponent?
The truth.

If he had a lousy time, he should tell me what could have been done to improved the experience. If dumb things happened to hasten one side's victory, I'd like him to tell me what. If good things changed the outcome, I'd like to hear that too. If luck influenced the outcome out of proportion to expectations, I'd like to know why he thought so.

$1000 notes, along with all notes >$500, were discontinued in 1945 and taken out of circulation in 1969. If you see an authentic one it's worth way more than $1000.

Interesting. It's been way back now, but I remember that in some casino they had 1 million US$ on display in banknotes. I think the overall area (note next to note flat) was less than 2 by 2 yards. I know that the notes they used weren't in circulation back then but I can't remember their denomination. Sure it has been US$ 1000 at minimum.

That's a million in $100 bills...not as big as most folks think. A million in $1000 bills is only 10 bundles of bills (would make a single stack about 7" tall.
