To faciliate finding MP partner-swapping :clown:, if you've got XFire, post up your XFire ID and/or nick, plus location and type of connection you have.

For them as don't know, XFire is a wonderful in-game communications system that supports mutliple, simultaneous channels for both vox and text. IOW, using XFire you can use vox for just your side of a team battle and a text chat for everybody to talk smack on.

CAVEAT: You can't launch or join a game out of XFire. So meet up on XFire, set up your various vox and text chats, then launch Jutland and join from your desktop or Start Menu as normal. Even so, all XFire communications will work during the game, plus video capture, etc.

Anyway, I'll start this off:

XFire ID: TheBullethead (because some bastid who's probably younger than the time I've been called BH by my own family got my name first)
Nick: Bullethead
Location: Lousy Anna, US of A
Connection Type: high-lag satellite

Feel free to add me to your XFire "friends" list. I reserve the right not to reciprocate :). And be advised that my connection lag can cause you problems.

I actually won't be back to my regular location until January so until then my access is basically whatever I happen to have along the way :)
I've added everyone on the list so far - just got xfire for this. Not a big fan of the app otherwise, but I really want to have a chance to do Jutland online!

I've been the only one there whenever I popped in so far!

I highly suggest people use this one. I'll probably be hanging out there a bit today, if anyone wants to try some MP :)

Is it a permanent channel? I can't seem to find it or join it.

In the main XFire window:
1. Select "chat rooms" tab
2. Type "Jutland" in white text box
3. Click green arrow next to it.
You are in.

After you join room, you can make XFire remember it by selecting in chat window menu: Actions->Save
It will then shown in the main XFire window and you can monitor user count in there without actually sitting in the channel all the time.

Must be something like it.
