wow thats really strange looks completely filled with water i thought i would of just had tubes inside with the water passing through i no you can get it for pcs but on an xbox

The only problem with water cooling is that you are pretty shagged if you screw it up. If one connection goes wrong you have instantly screwed up your PC/console...

What exactly is the benefit of water cooling them?

Runs cooler, sounds better, and not many people have watercooled systems.
