Tank rider infantry are not spotted or engaged by infantry weapons or arty. Infantry weapons will not engage tanks to suppress them. Infantry do not have any AT weapons, such as sticky mines, Molotov cocktails or magnetic AT grenades.
They badly need something. Engineers with satchel charges and flamethrowers? Pole mines?
I would prefer that infantry AT weapons be a separate parameter. A choice
by the force structurer.
