Here is a comprehensive OOB (includes Hq's and signals and logistical support) for a German Infantry Division and Panzer Division for 40 to 41.
The Panzer Division is the 10th.
I will also do a 1st/2nd Panzer division which was more typical in its Panzer Grenadier content.

. All of the weapons/units included are not in the database. The radio jeeps may not ever make it (I like things like this to be included because losing them could be penalized in a CPX and it helps keep "fighting" vehicles distinct from vehicles present but to be protected). I also included two new infantry squads, current one may be substituted, and flamethrowers in the engineer section (hopefully a way will be figured out for their function/inclusion in the game engine). It's not complete, but has enough to get started for an early war game. I only included a 75mm pack howitzer battalion. All divisions had three in the artillery regiment, the other two battalions could be one 155mm and one 105mm Bn; or two 105mm battalions.
