I've been reviewing the new scenarios in the Winter Offensive #10 pack and WO32 is giving me a little trouble. I'm sure several people are going to tell me the Victory Conditions are quite clear, but I'm finding them a little ambiguous. The VC read as follows:

The Americans win at game end by amassing more VP than the North Koreans.

Americans earn VP for:
*Control of buildings H12/K14 at the end of a Game Turn: +1 VP per building (i.e. 2 VP possible per Game).
*
Control of building F12 at game end: +4VP
*Control of all Level 2 hexes at game end: +4 VP
*CVP for Prisoners.

The North Koreans earn VP for:
*CVP
*Good Order North Korean units (calculated as Exit VP) on/north of hexrow F at game end.

It's the CVP for prisoners that's giving me a little trouble. Are they doubled per A20.1 for VP, or normal per A26.22 for CVP?

In other words is a captured North Korean Squad worth 2 or 4 VP's for purposes of the Victory Conditions of this scenario?

Typically if they are NOT doubled, the VC/SSRs will say so.

The intent was to make taking prisoners -combined with the enhanced USMC deployment rule- a strong strategy for the US player ( but as in all ASL, not without trade-offs that must be considered and mitigated.)

(Which is also the historically correct play) ;)

Let me know what you think!!!
