I would take a standard hex as exactly 0.8". I've measured a fair few boards and they come out at 22.0"x8.0", though a few were slightly mis-cut (more usually offset than long/short) lengthwise. 10 hexes wide at 8" = 0.8".
The DASL are not as consistent. The WO 2018 are 10.9" wide for 5 hexes = 2.18" while the LFT ones are 10.85" for 2.17". The original mounted DASL came as 11.0" but the top printed sheet was closer to 10.9".
I would be inclined to treat them as 0.8" and 2.2" for an increase of 2.75 or 11/4. A difference of 0.1" over 5 hexes is just 0.9%.
