Where did these counters come from?

They don't have a BFP or HOB watermark. I looked at my LFT collection and did not see them listed anywhere.

Do you know the product associated with these high-quality counters?

Yes LFT released some black German vehicles in one of their From The Cellar packs.

Adolfo Ramirez is a character from a humoristic French movie about the resistance : Papy fait de la résistance - he is a mediocre French collaborationist, played by the excellent Gérard Jugnot.

So it is a French insider joke, thus LFT.
