What would you change about EVE?

The official forums are a constant battleground with people suggesting changes, nerfs, and fixes and trolls shouting them down. It's a little quieter here.

So what would you change about EVE?

Many things but most of all I'd like to see some more space and more ships with more expanded roles. I do appreciate you need to keep balance and simulate all impact before you do but you need to keep it moving to keep the bittervets interested. Some examples:
-T3 frigs with subsystems that expand frig roles like tackling, probing, interception
-T3 battlecruisers with expanded command roles, sniper, heavy bomber
-There is also a gap between carriers and supercarriers, maybe a medium one with specialised tasks, logi drones,...
as well as a gap between dreads and titans, like a heavy battledread with 6 megaguns but same HP
