While this project wouldn't a problem on VASL, in reality, the counters are the issue. Wire, Minefields, Landing Craft, Trenches, Pillboxes, and British Infantry counters and AFVs (there are lots of specialized funnies).

The Germans only had a couple of companies for the stretch of beach depicted by the maps - the missing section wouldn't add much. From my website:

Each section will comfortably fit on a six-foot table, and both sections will just fit on a nine foot table. Now you'll need extra tables for waiting waves of Landing Craft.
