How can I keep up the scare? Better known as kicking the broke units while they are down.
Do I have advantage in melee or do I shoot into the melee?
Where do I want to move this unit to?

I wonder if he'll let me get a sandwich or something, before resuming play?
I wonder if he's just as frustrated as I am?

My last game, I lost two - TWO Panthers (and the game) to Critical Hit Intensive Fire shots.

My previous game, my opponents got five critical hits on my tanks, and an improbable hit/ kill on a truck towing a 50L AT gun.

So the question I asked myself after each of these events wuz, "WTF?????!!!!!"

The most important one should be "What are the Victory Conditions?"

I cannot count the number of games I have lost or have seen lost by others, because they forgot the VCs while playing.

Steve Sulszby taught me long ago, read the VCs at the end of each CCPh.
On a related note, I urge designers to keep VC simple, a sentence or two is best. Complex permutations of Attacker CVP - Defender CVP + EVP (except for prisoners) + building control (except for the one that's 2.5 level factory), yada, yada, yada are not only cumbersome, but they feel contrived and ultimately less fun. Yes, we all have enough grey matter to comprehend those terms, but true wisdom is to not use them in the first place.

Maybe the question to ask yourself is:

Why am I playing with armor??😉

and

Where's that scenario " The Front in Flames "?🤔

Some swear on putting booze in their coffee... ;)

Maybe but then you are diluting the best attributes of both beverages. To be honest though I very much liked the hot toddies ( shot of bourbon in cup of hot tea ) the folks would occasionally give me when I had a bad cold.😋😋
