I found some from 1989 [while looking for something else of course].

If you have FM 101-10-1 it is in sec IV, table 2-20.

I have it in pdf and I can email it to you but it's a 2.1 Mb file.

Gary, it might have been me. I haven't been around this forum for a few weeks now. FM 101-10-1 (1990) is available on GlobalSecurity.org. JohnO ended up giving me a recent copy of the logistics battle book.
