Wall advantage

Q:
A vehicle is in a hex with walls on all side (hull down). An infantry unit move next to it with a Baz, Faust, etc. The infantry wishes to claim wall advantage. Is the vehicle still hull down to the infantry?

Ah, and there in lies the question. As I read the rules, I don't think a vehicle can claim wall advantage? Or perhaps it should be give up wall advantage?
It would SEEM that there is no wall advantage for a vehicle?
Which then begs the question, a vehicle behind a wall and then another vehicle pulls up next to it. Are either of them hull down to the other?
Also, can the vehicle use it's bow MG Vs. the infantry? At a greater range? No but up close and personal like that?

If there is no in-hex terrain granting a positive TEM, the tank has WA and doesn't lose it.

A vehicle can have WA as long as it isn't eligible for in hex TEM = /> +1.

They both can not have wall advantage over the same wall can they? Are they both hull down to each other. In deluxe it's fairly simple, I think? You got to pick a wall.

Only one unit (of two opposing units) may claim WA behind a wall.
So a vehicle that moves adjacent to an opposing vehicle which has WA over a shared wall hexside may not claim WA - and it won't be HD for that adjacent opposing unit.
That is the whole point of the WA rule.

Actually in Deluxe 1 AFV can have WA on all 6 hexesides at the same time given the right circumstances.
