.vsav file

My opponent is sending me a .vsav file but when I try to open it this is what I am getting:


What is going on? My opponent says he is not zipping the file prior.

Yeah, his file came to me zipped. I just loaded it like any other and that was it.

I then saved it as a .vsav and the world is right again.
